Terri Rosenblatt is the Chief of the Post-Conviction Justice Unit at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. Before joining that office, she headed the DNA Unit at a New York City public defender's office. She also represented clients as a public defender in the Bronx, and as an attorney in an appellate and civil rights law firm. Terri also serves as the co-chair of the American Bar Association Appellate and Habeas Practice Committee and is a past Program Chair for the Jurisprudence Section of the AAFS Annual Meeting.Terri is a graduate of Smith College and received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
